6-Course Wine Dinner Honoring "Pink October"

**Join Us for a 6-Course Wine Dinner Celebrating Female Winemakers and Honoring Breast Cancer Awareness Month!**

Mark your calendars for an unforgettable evening on October 20, 2025, from 6 PM to 8 PM, as we come together to honor the incredible contributions of female winemakers and shine a light on the urgent need for cancer awareness - 1 in 8 women in the U.S. will face this diagnosis.

Embark on a captivating journey through France's stunning wine regions, focusing on vineyards proudly owned and operated by women. This is not just a dinner; it’s a celebration of resilience, empowerment, and community.

Indulge in an exquisite 6-course dinner crafted by the talented Chef Ronald that includes:

  • Charcuterie Boards will await you with cheeses and sweet & savory accompaniments from around France. Pairing: Blanc de blanc.

  • Truffled Butternut Squash Soup - Experience the luxurious Truffled Butternut Squash Soup, where velvety smoothness meets rich flavors. Truffle oil adds an earthy depth that perfectly balances the sweet notes of butternut squash, creating a gourmet experience you won't want to miss. Pairing: Sancerre.

  • Dover Sole—Experience the exquisite flavors of our renowned dover sole; each delicate filet expertly dredged and prepared to perfection in a classic sole meunière style. A true culinary delight that elevates any dining occasion. Pairing: Chardonnay.

  • Premium Filet Mignon Filet topped with a Creamy Lobster Béarnaise Sauce. Our Premium Filet Mignon with mushrooms is a standout signature dish that is guaranteed to impress even the most discerning palate, rivaling the finest steakhouses in the world. Pairing: Borbeaux.

  • Rack of Lamp - A lollipop individual lamb chop cut from a "frenched" rack of lamb, where the meat and fat have been trimmed away from the end of the rib bone. This process creates a clean, elegant "handle" that makes the chop look and function like a savory lollipop.  Pairing: GSM blend

  • Finally, Jerome’s Delectable Fall Sundae. Vanilla bean ice cream with sea salt caramel sauce and brown sugar roasted pecans. Pairing: Champagne.

Each exquisite dish will be paired with exceptional wines, curated by our esteemed wine connoisseur, Miss Sami. She will delight and educate us as we explore the various regions of France. Join us for an evening of conversation, fresh wine ideas, as we celebrate, remember, and create memories with both old and new friends, while supporting an incredible cause. We will donate 10% of the evening's sales to the Susan G. Komen Foundation so don't miss out on this remarkable evening—secure your tickets now for just $189 pp and be part of a cause that truly matters!
